PHOTO: NYSC Corper Drowns In Cross River State


Faith Nzube Enemuo Batch “C” member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with state code number CR/12C/068 has been reported to have drowned in a river in Ikom Local Council where she is currently serving.She is from Nanka Village in Anambra State. A graduate of Social Studies from the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA).

NYSC 2012 Batch 'A' Passing-out Date and Program Schedule

2012 Batch 'A' Winding-up/Passing-out Approved Programme of activities
I wish to inform you that Management has approved the following programme of activities for the 2012 Batch 'A' Winding-up/Passing-out exercise:-
  • Tuesday 29th January, 2013 - Wednesday 6th February, 2013
    • Job Creation and Awareness Week, Sensitization of Corps Members on Job Creation/Opportunities after Service and conditions for issuence of Certificates of National Service. This will be done at the Zonal level using relevant officers.
    • Lectures/Seminars on Job opportunities by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) at the Zonal level.
  • Thurday 7th February, - Friday 8th February, 2013
    • Release of Passing-out Corps Members by Employers.
    • Registration/Clearing of Corps Members.
  • Monday 11th February, 2013
    • Parade Rehearsal
    • Signing of Final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.

NYSC Batch A: Guides & Requirements at Orientation Camp

it's time to face the actual arrival into camp. At this point, you should have mentally psyched yourself for the upcoming challenge... and it will challenge you to the very core of your butteriness!
There are differing opinions on whether you should arrive at your camp on the first day or come in on the second day. The advantage of getting there on Day 1 is that you're pretty much guaranteed a bed. The advantage of getting there on Day 2 is you spend one less day in camp, and the crowd is less than the first day (I think).See More>>>>>>
